Michael had his karate belt test today which was a really fun to watch. After the test Tom started walking out to the car with Evangel; Sarah and I were still talking inside. In the midst of it all Michael had grabbed his bag and headed out the door to join Tom and Evangel. At the same moment Sarah and I noticed Michael heading to the busy parking through the studios glass window. Sarah reacted and started quickly heading toward the door. Not even 3 steps out the door right before Michael walked out into the parking lot she yells, “FREEZE!” His feet stop and he turns around eyes wide. But it seemed to have the opposite effect on the dad that had been waiting outside. And he jumped out of his skin when Sarah yelled past him at Michael. “That scared me,” he said to Sarah as she walked toward the still frozen Michael. We got to Michael and walked into the parking lot. We looked behind us at the dad who had his hand on his chest over his heart as if he was still recovering from being scared and we had to laugh. And we just kept laughing.....
